Terms of service

LEAD TIME
We usually ship most orders within 48 to 72 hours. Once your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive shipment notification from us via email. You should receive your order within five to seven business days; however, it can take a little longer during peak holiday or rush seasons.

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
We pack every item as carefully as possible, but sometimes items may arrive damaged in transit. If you receive damaged items, please retain all packaging material and notify us immediately at: hollyr27@gmail.com

PRODUCT QUALITY
Each bag unfolds a story about the journey that the material has made, as they are made mostly of up-cycled truck tarps, military tents, canvas, leather and cowhide showing unique marks of wear and tear and color variation. The texture and material variations that are part of our up-cycled process make each bag truly unique. However, please let us know if you receive a bag or tote that seems to exceed these expectations.
